I’m Alicha, Founder and Creative Director. After years of working in dermatology and cosmetic marketing, I saw how many incredible service providers and product brands struggled to show the true value of what they offered. Their work was exceptional, but their message wasn’t reaching the right people.
I created Viera Collective to bridge that gap, combining creative storytelling with strategic, results-driven marketing to help brands attract clients, increase bookings and sales, and grow with intention.
